Content restrictions, zero tolerance CSAM rules, cybercrime payload bans, bandwidth anti abuse policies, and account enforcement protocols.

This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') governs all content uploaded, processed, hosted, or shared through Media2URL. Compliance with this policy is mandatory for all account holders, workspace members, API users, and visitors.

1. Zero Tolerance & Mandatory CSAM / Safety Reporting

Zero Tolerance for Child Exploitation: Media2URL maintains a zero tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), or grooming content. Any account hosting or attempting to upload such material will be immediately destroyed, blocked, and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement authorities with all associated IP addresses, account metadata, and telemetry logs.

Non Consensual Imagery: Uploading non consensual intimate imagery (NCII), revenge media, or secret recordings without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and results in immediate permanent termination.

2. Prohibition of Cybercrime & Malicious Payloads

Malware & Exploit Hosting: You may not use Media2URL to host, store, or deliver ransomware, keyloggers, Trojan executables, command and control (C2) configuration payloads, exploit kits, or obfuscated scripts.

Phishing & Identity Theft: Hosting mock login templates, credential harvesting forms, deceptive bank pages, or brand impersonation assets is strictly prohibited.

Network Attacks & Scanning: Running vulnerability scanners, botnet delivery nodes, DDoS amplification payloads, or unauthorized penetration scripts against or through Media2URL infrastructure is illegal and subject to prosecution.

3. Hate Speech, Threats & Harassment

Direct Harm Prohibited: You may not upload content that contains credible threats of physical violence, incitement to terrorism, doxxing (publishing private personal identities, home addresses, or financial IDs to harm someone), or targeted group harassment.

4. Anti Abuse, Bandwidth Quotas & Evasion Controls

Automated Limit Evasion: Creating multiple free accounts, rotating IP addresses, using unauthorized automated scripts, or exploiting API endpoints to bypass account storage caps or bandwidth limits is strictly prohibited.

CDN & Hotlinking Misuse: Using Media2URL as a high volume, unauthorized public file dump for external mobile apps or external platforms in violation of account tier limits will result in rate limiting or link revocation.
